Privacy Policy

Last updated June 2026

Your privacy is the point of wylla. We do not sell your data and we do not show ads. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

Account info you provide: your name, email, password (stored encrypted by our auth provider), and anything you add to your profile such as a bio, interests, and photo. Content you create: posts, photos, comments, appreciations, saved items, circle memberships, and direct messages. Basic technical data needed to run the app, such as your last-active time.

How we use it

To operate wylla: to show your content to the audience you choose, run circles and messaging, and keep the community safe. We do not use your content to train advertising profiles, and we do not sell or rent your personal information.

Who can see your content

You control your audience. Community posts are visible to members; circle posts and circle chat are visible only to that circle’s members; direct messages are visible only to the participants. Appreciation counts are private to the post’s author. Blocked members cannot see you.

Where it’s stored

Data is stored with our infrastructure provider (Supabase) on secured servers. Your login session is encrypted on your device. Photos are stored privately and served through time-limited links.

Your choices

You can edit or delete your posts and profile at any time, export a full copy of your data, and permanently delete your account from Settings & privacy. Deleting your account erases your profile, posts, comments, messages, and circle memberships.

Children

wylla is for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy and will note the “last updated” date above. Material changes will be announced in the app.
